In the sad event when a family loses a loved one, BSNL does provide, with the permission of the family, details of the loss of the loved one and further details of the funeral to all the members of BSNL. We use the digital social media of a Broadcast list on ‘WhatsApp’ messaging where members have provided BSNL with their mobile numbers and also through email on our database where these details have been provided.
